Career and family
We offer all employees the appropriate working time model according to their individual life stage. Apart from the possibility to work from home, or part-time or flexible hours we also support leave of absences such as sabbaticals, parental leave or nursing care time. Having a career is possible with us in part time as well.
That said, we view family-friendliness as more than just flexible working time models. In cooperation with the foundation “Beruf und Familie im HanseBelt” we ensure qualified emergency childcare - if necessary, even on site in our own "children’s room". We also provide support to care-giving relatives.
Since 2011, our commitment to the reconciliation of work, family and private life has been awarded the seal of approval of the “berufundfamilie” audit by the charitable Hertie Foundation.
