Discontinued Accessories

Our policies call for us to announce upcoming discontinuation events six months ahead of the 'last time buy' opportunity for accessories. The 'last time shipment' opportunity for accessories is thus approx. one month before discontinuation for accessories.

Thanks to our many years of experience – we have been an active player in the computer vision market since 1988 – we are fully aware of the consequences of discontinuations. For this reason we maintain a stock of replacement parts for discontinued products, with the goal of offering technical support for accessories up to one year after the 'last time buy' deadline. Please note however that unforeseen events can cause deviations from those timelines.

Repairs are not carried out on accessories.
