Immediately, part-time with at least 12 hours per week, for at least 6 months

Your responsibilities

Built around an interdisciplinary team consisting of thirty high-caliber specialists, our R&D Innovation unit focuses on topics such as research, collaboration with external partners, trend scouting, idea management, and the development of minimal marketable products for camera vision applications. As part of this team, you will be working at the forefront of innovation and contributing to the task of taking technology projects and application ideas to the next level.
  • You will assist in organizing sponsoring, internships, and scholarships, in addition to managing the student pool for and within our innovation team.
  • Your tasks will include helping our team to apply specific tools in support of effective collaboration.
  • We are looking to attract someone who is creative when writing blogs and other articles as well as when contributing to social media channels and revising presentations and graphics.
  • When it comes to implementing your ideas and projects, you will work in close collaboration with colleagues from the R&D and Innovation department.
  • You will also be responsible for organizing workshops, events, and lectures.
  • We will be relying on your research skills and your curiosity when it comes to identifying topics and trends that are of relevance to the future.
  • Finally, you will provide project support, e.g., with regard to cooperation projects, at both an administrative and an operational level.

Your qualifications 

  • You are currently studying (3rd semester or higher) Business Administration, Combined Business Administration & Engineering, or a comparable course of study.
  • You will have an understanding of technology and an interest in how technology works.
  • In addition, we are looking for someone who is creative and enjoys pursuing new and innovative approaches and ideas.
  • Your credentials will include solid communication and well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • In addition to being highly flexible in your approach, you will find it easy to familiarize yourself with new things.
  • Last but not least, a very good command of German and English is essential.
