To ensure that everything runs smoothly from the start and that you feel you are in good hands with us, a targeted induction - tailored to your individual needs - is essential. In addition to your team and your responsibilities, we make sure that you get to know all the important framework conditions. In the first few weeks, you will undergo various training courses to get to know our organization, products and your interfaces in the best possible way.

Basler Academy

At our in-house Basler Academy, you can choose from a variety of soft skills and methodology training courses, self-study modules, language courses, and technical/professional courses based on your development plan. But you can also attend suitable training courses or conferences outside of the standard offering.
