Apprenticeships

A dual training program offers you the opportunity to apply your knowledge directly at Basler during practical phases. In addition to exciting tasks and projects, we support you in all subjects at the vocational school.

Apprenticeship: Electronics Technician (m/f/d) AG
Electronics technicians for devices and systems are needed where technology is at home. The vocational school is in Lübeck and the travel there is covered by Basler! Take a look to see if this apprenticeship profession suits you.
Apprenticeship: IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Do you want to live in the online world and become a real digitalization professional? Then come to Basler and learn everything you need to know about IT systems in theory and practice to become a real professional. Your interest is aroused? Then see if this apprenticeship fits you!

Dual study program

A dual study program offers you the opportunity to apply your knowledge directly at Basler during practical phases. In addition to exciting tasks and projects, we support you in all aspects of your studies at your university.

Work/Study Program: Technical computer science
Are you passionate about hardware and software applications? Do you like to solve problems down to the last detail? Are modern electrical devices not just consumer goods for you, but complex systems? Then the dual study program in technical informatics is just right for you!
Work/Study Program: Business Informatics
Your heart beats at the pulse of technical innovation? Are you communicative, do you enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and are you interested in technical trends from VR to 3D printing? Then our dual study program in business informatics is right for you.
Dual Study Program: Business Administration (B.Sc.)
Get to know the broad world of business administration within a globally networked team and set an international focus. Help us to continuously expand the network of our partners. Do you feel like it? Then take a closer look!

School internship

Looking for a place for a school internship? We offer mandatory internships for all grades to give you first insights into the modern working world. Especially if you are thinking about an apprenticeship at Basler, it is the perfect opportunity to get an idea of your dream job.

What all can I do in the internship?

Are you quickly inspired by technical innovations and would like to know how the electronics behind them work? Do you feel like analyzing, repairing and assembling electrical devices and systems? Are you good with your hands and would like to prove it? Then an internship in production is just the right thing for you. During your assignment, you will not only be involved in production, but will also get to know our workshop, logistics or the repair center.

What should I look for in my application?

Please apply online and tell us what you would like to do so that you can really get to know what interests you at Basler. Please send us your latest references and tell us about your interests in a short cover letter.

When and how should I apply? 

You should apply about 6 to 9 months before your internship starts. Apply preferably online via our website.
