First working day

When: At 9:00 a.m.
What will happen: Your manager or a team member will be happy to welcome you and inform you about the rest of the day.

Welcome day

Contact Person: Birte Bruhns
When: At 10 a.m. on the first working day of each month.
Where: Local presence. Also possible remotely after consultation.

Photo event

When: First working day of each month.
Why: For your picture ID/access card and the possibility to use your profile picture in other company-internal systems.
At other locations: Information is provided at the Welcome Event.

Training plan at the Basler Academy

Starting your first day at Basler, you have access to our Academy. This is our learning portal. Here you will find a training plan, information about the Welcome Day and other learning offers that will support you during onboarding and among other things.

You are a trainee?

In order to give you a good start into the professional world and your training, you can expect an exciting, instructive and colourful onboarding phase at the beginning of your training, in addition to the first insights of the first day.
