The Basler racer 2 XL r2T16416-500cm TDI line scan camera with CoaXPress-over-Fiber (CoF) and the GPixel GLT5016BSI CMOS line scan sensor (5 µm × 5 µm pixel size) delivers a line rate of up to 500 kHz at 16k resolution with 256 TDI stages.

The QSFP28 optical connection provides bandwidth of up to 100 Gbps (4 × 25 Gbps), electromagnetic compatibility, and virtually unlimited cable length.

The camera is compatible with the programmable imaFlex 2 Dual 100 frame grabber, which offers two QSFP28 connections for camera inputs and data forwarding. Together with components such as cooling, transceiver modules, and data and I/O cables, it forms a cost-efficient TDI vision system.

The TDI line scan camera and the complete TDI vision system are used in applications such as wafer and semiconductor inspection, battery cell inspection, flat panel inspection, and PCB inspection.
