The Basler Light Coaxial-100x100-R provides diffuse, reflection-free illumination with a light-emitting surface of 100 mm x 100 mm. The LED color is red with a peak wavelength of 625 nm. Via the M8 connector, the IP54-rated coaxial light can be used either as a standalone light source or—with a Basler Sync Cable—as fully integrated, camera-controlled lighting.
When used with a Basler Sync Cable, the lighting can be controlled directly via the connected Basler camera without an external lighting controller. This reduces integration and cabling efforts as well as the complexity of the vision system.

The lighting can be operated without camera control, either in continuous mode or with triggered light. Optionally, direct current-controlled operation of the LEDs using an external controller is possible.
The coaxial lighting for industrial use ensures uniform illumination along the lens axis without shadow effects. It is suitable for inspecting flat objects and reflective surfaces, as well as for print quality checks.
