100% of Basler‘s energy needs are met through renewable resources.

…RESPONSIBLE HANDLING OF RESOURCES.

All production-relevant supply systems, from HVAC to compressed air and vacuum lines, are serviced at least twice a year. In this way we ensure that our systems are optimally adapted for their specific task and working at peak energy efficiency.

…WHENEVER POSSIBLE, WE AVOID SUBSTANCES IN PRODUCTION THAT ARE HAZARDOUS TO PEOPLE OR THE ENVIRONMENT, OR REDUCE THEIR USE TO A MINIMUM.

We have managed to implement massive reductions in per-employee paper consumption in recent years. The share of color copies now totals around a more 5%.

A DIN EN 16247-1 energy audit confirmed that we are working with suitable energy consumption. But we‘re not resting on past successes. We‘re committed to ongoing improvement and are constantly endeavoring to become more energy efficient and make our contribution to protecting the environment.
