One week before your official start, you’ll get the initial information to make sure you’re perfectly prepared.
Your first day at Basler! We start at 9 am. Your new team gives you a warm welcome and you can get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
The official Welcome Day starts at 10 am. You’re shown everything that’s important: from booking the working hours and our training options to the offerings at the bistro.
Now it’s time for a shared lunch. Then you’re off for the photo session – because you need a snazzy photo for the Intranet and the company ID.
Next comes the start of the introductory phase, which was prepared with an individual plan and a specific mentor. In the first weeks, you will also get training sessions that were specially prepared for you.
When half of your probationary period is over, your first feedback meeting takes place. You can evaluate your initial period with us together with your direct supervisor and an employee from HR.
At the end of the probationary period, we meet for another discussion to review your first months at Basler and take a look at the future.
