Application Process

Step 1

As soon as we receive your application, you will be sent a confirmation so that you can be sure that we have your documents.

Step 2

The relevant department receives your documents and can choose to invite you for an interview.

Step 3

During this interview, you will meet the manager from the specialist department and an employee from the HR department. Usually, this interview takes place online via video conference.

Step 4

From now on, everything happens very quickly: after about a week, you receive feedback and are invited to a second interview on site. There you will meet other colleagues from your future team or from interface teams. You will also be given a tour of the building to get further impressions.

Step 5

If we were able to convince and inspire you to work at Basler, we look forward to working with you and say: Welcome to Basler! If you have not yet met your future colleagues and the work location, we offer you the opportunity to get to know our working environment at the respective location and a few Basler faces on site before signing the contract.

Job interview

If you've been invited for an interview, we can get to know each other in person and check out if we have the right chemistry.

As a rule, we have two meetings. In the first, you will meet digitally with the manager from the specialist department and with an employee from the HR department. If everything went smoothly, we'll invite you back and you'll get to know your future colleagues. In any case, this is the perfect opportunity for you to find out in advance whether you feel comfortable and whether Basler is your thing.
