FPGA preprocessing for massive data from ultra-high resolution cameras

The ultra-high resolution boost 127 MP and 65 MP cameras generate a massive amount of image data that requires fast and efficient processing. By preprocessing the data directly on the frame grabber’s FPGA, system load is reduced while overall performance and responsiveness are significantly improved.

Basler provides programmable frame grabbers and the FPGA development environment VisualApplets, enabling fast and flexible data processing for high-performance imaging systems.
