Opto Engineering bi-telecentric systems for multiple view and 90° measurement
TCCAGE series systems are integrated opto-mechanical systems designed to inspect and measure parts on the sides without need for rotation.
Four orthonormal views of the object are provided by telecentric optics through a network of mirrors. The optical path is thus designed so that the angle of movement between views is exactly 90°; this optical field ensures complete coverage of the lateral surface of the object. In addition, the telecentric image makes the system insensitive to part decentering and is thus perfectly suited to measurement applications.
Two types of lighting are mounted inside the device to provide the both backlight and direct lighting.
