IP67 enclosure components
The IP67 enclosure consists of three parts: camera housing, lens housing, and a cable gland. All three are available in different versions. Select the appropriate version to configure a complete IP67 enclosure.
Camera housing
The camera enclosure is available in four versions and is suitable for Basler ace 2, ace U, ace Classic, and racer 2 S cameras with GigE, 5GigE, CoaXPress, or USB 3.0 interfaces. It is made of aluminum and provides excellent heat dissipation from the camera.

Lens housing
Lens housings are available in a range of lengths and diameters to suit different lens sizes. The combination of lens and camera determines the choice of lens housing.

Cable gland
The cable gland is available in three versions, depending on the number of cables required. It is available with one or two cable openings or without an opening, so users are able to drill their own opening.

The lens housing differs depending on whether you combine the lens with an ace 2 IP67 camera or with a camera protected in a camera housing (ace, ace 2, racer 2 S).

2 To mount the lens housing on an ace 2 IP67 camera, the M28 to M75 adapter ring is required (article number: 2200002660).
3 To mount the lens housing on an IP67 camera housing, no adapter ring is required.
4 To mount the lens housing on an IP67 camera housing, the M50 to M75 adapter ring is required (article number: 2200002628).
