How was your path at Basler?

In November 2014 I started in the sales back office in the internal sales department. That was also a lot of fun for me, but in the long run I wanted to spend more time with the customer. When a new business field was planned, I applied for a position in Inside Sales there, which also worked out. It's nice that I can work on further development in the direction of field service in direct exchange with my manager and the sales manager by helping out with colleagues or driving to customers.

Is there something you particularly appreciate about sales at Basler?

I particularly like the job because you work with a lot of interfaces - from logistics to the customer. This makes it very varied. Added to this are the very broad areas of application, challenges and questions from customers. Our cameras are so versatile that you always learn something new.

Why would you recommend Basler as an employer?

The collegial environment makes it easy for you. People like to come here and don't force themselves to do anything. The tasks are interesting and challenge you every day. But you also get the appropriate support to cope with it.
