Reliably recognize, localize, and grip single-material objects based on a CAD model

The 3D CADMatch module enables the robot to reliably recognize, locate, and grip single-variety objects based on a previously learned CAD model. This is accomplished regardless of the positions and orientations of the objects.

This optional module is suitable for every Basler Stereo Camera and can help significantly increase the efficiency of production processes, for example, by automating machine loading.

Based on your CAD data, we create so-called templates. These are based on a neural network trained using synthetically generated views. Two templates are included in the standard delivery. For each additional template, a separate CADMatch Template service is required.
