The time in the company is what makes the dual study program unique. At Basler, we train according to demand. In addition to the host department, there are also rotations in a range of other departments. Here, the focus is on getting to know the working methods of different functional teams. As part of the Partner Management Team, you will actively participate in the development and expansion of the global network of partner companies that offer software, hardware components and services, among other things. During your studies, you will get to know the exciting core activities of partner management - primarily partner scouting and the development of strategic partnerships involving different disciplines.

Studies at the Nordakademie in Elmshorn
The main difference between studying at the Nordakademie and other universities is that the classes are small and the practice-experienced professors have enough time to answer your questions. Networking among fellow students is also easier. This study program offers you an intensive learning experience through small working groups, state-of-the-art equipment, an e-learning platform as well as a 24-hour access to the campus.
Your studies are divided into 7 semesters. Each semester includes a practice phase of 13 weeks and a theory phase of 10 weeks, during which you also take your exams.
