Opto Engineering Micro Multi-View Lenses for sensors up to 2/3''

The PCMP series lenses are 3D, multi-image optics from Opto Engineering capable of measuring and inspecting objects including dimensions vary from 1 to 10 mm, such as electronic components, soldering and micromechanics. Six different side views are provided by a mirror array coupled to bi-telecentric optics; the top of the object is viewed directly in the center of the field of view.

The side views have the same magnification and the images are perfectly sharp even if the object is shifted from its nominal position.
All views can be used to accurately measure the dimensions of a component with multiple angles.
The PCMP series lens integrates LED lighting with a geometry appropriate for this type of configuration.
