I started as a system developer at Basler in 2013 and learned a lot about product development and key account management. But at some point I wanted to develop further. In 2018, I seized the opportunity and took on a position as a specialist group leader in software development. Thanks to the leadership seminar and supervision sessions at Basler, I was able to prepare myself well for this new challenge. Today, I have my team's back in host software development and place great value on trust, personal responsibility, and the personal development of employees.
