Our corporate culture

Health management
Our occupational health management takes a holistic approach that focuses on the health of body, mind, and psyche. Our professional occupational health and safety management includes regular inspections and psychological risk assessments. Employee surveys on topics relating to job satisfaction ensure that we can plan and implement suitable measures to keep our workforce healthy.
After long periods of absence due to illness, trained contact persons ensure that employees are reintegrated into the workplace professionally and with a view to restoring their health.
An external partner offers our employees and their families professional, free, and anonymous advice and coaching on professional and private matters - including immediate advice available around the clock.

Our educational initiatives include a wide range of projects and partnerships, including through Wissensfabrik e.V.. These include the KiTec - Children discover technology project and the IT2School educational program, which brings a practical understanding of IT into everyday school life. We also offer workshops in cooperation with schools.
