To make its inspection and measurement systems quicker and more efficient, GEFRA wanted to replace its current cameras using FireWire interfaces with new cameras based on the USB 3.0 interface.

The company decided to use various Basler ace camera models with USB 3.0 interfaces to fit the specific measurement or testing task.
