Basler Welcomes Two New Members to Strengthen the Support for Japanese Customers
Basler is pleased to welcome two new members to strengthen the support for Japanese customers. Mr. Katsutoshi Sugano has joined the Basler Japan Sales Team as a Key Account Manager. Katsutoshi will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions for customer needs. Mr. Yoshitaka Yasuhara joined the Basler Japan Customer Support Team as an Application Engineer. His key responsibilities will include providing pre and after sales technical consultation and application support, product testing and also providing trainings to the customers.
Katsutoshi has more than 20 years’ experience in introducing digital imaging products to market such as digital cameras, video cameras, and scanners. Other than Japan, he has also worked in other countries and regions including the United States, Taiwan, and China.
Yoshitaka is a programmer specialized in image processing with 25 years’ experience in the Machine Vision Market. He has worked for various projects ranging from image inspection system programming to communication between equipment, I/O and electrical component design. His experience also includes developing an evaluation tool for the improvement of camera quality.
With their wealth of knowledge and experience, Basler will strive to improve its service quality to satisfy Japanese customers.
