Immediate start date – Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time contract (min. 36 hours/week)

Your responsibilities

  • Your primary task will be to create and maintain the material master in SAP.
  • You will support the phase-in of new products into production and work in close cooperation with the development department.
  • Your responsibilities will include helping to map maintenance and production processes.
  • Your tasks will also cover the control of product changes and discontinuations.
  • You can look forward to working on organizational projects, in addition to optimizing processes in production and development.
  • Last but not least, you will advise various interfacing units/departments.

Your profile

  • This position would be best suited to a candidate who has completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or has comparable practical knowledge and experience.
  • You will have at least two years of experience in operations scheduling, quality management, production control, purchasing, repair, and analysis.
  • This will be complemented by excellent user skills in SAP R/3, modules MM and PP (including the ability to evaluate data), and desirably also in SAP S4 Hana.
  • A good level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is also essential.
  • Thanks to your open, communicative, and well-balanced manner, you will be a much sought-after point of contact for staff members who require professional assistance.  
  • No matter what question comes up, you will be happy to address the issue and ensure smooth operations in production. 
  • Thanks to your creative, innovative, and flexible mindset, you will also be able to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics.
  • Finally, you will need a good command of German and English.
