Your responsibilities

  • As an experienced Electronics Engineer (m/f/d), you will join an interdisciplinary team of ten people responsible for refining and updating our industrial camera portfolio.
  • You will provide electronics engineering support with regard to our serial products over their entire life cycle.
  • Your tasks will also include analyzing product change notifications.
  • In addition, you will conduct error analyses relating to returned products.
  • You will also provide professional assistance when it comes to addressing issues during the production or testing of assemblies.
  • Furthermore, your tasks will include working on the redesign of assemblies in the case of discontinued components – without ever losing sight of costs.
  • In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our production department and regularly exchange ideas with other electronics developers at the Mannheim and Ahrensburg sites.

Your qualifications

  • The successful candidate is likely to have a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar vocational qualifications.
  • This will be complemented by hands-on experience in electronics development, underpinned by a solid understanding of component properties as well as measuring technology and related methods.
  • You will also have gained experience relating to circuit diagram and layout tools
  • Knowledge of PCB technology would also be a valuable asset.
  • To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working at an analytical level and in a well-structured manner.
  • A good command of German and English, both written and spoken, is equally important.
