Apply and work during the pandemic

The pandemic has brought many changes to everyday working life. We have seized this opportunity to make our digitalization process progress even faster.

Working during the pandemic

In the everyday life of our employees, we have been able to introduce many changes that allow a more modern and flexible model of work. We offer:

  • Hybrid working: Depending on your to-do list and your appointments, you can work flexibly on the go from home or in the office.
  • Meeting places: We are supplementing classic office workplaces with more project and team spaces.
  • Digital tools: Collaboration tools like Sharepoint, Microsoft 365 and Teams are our constant companions.
  • Less travel: With our digital tools, we work together efficiently and networked across locations. We save travel time and make an important contribution to sustainability.

Applying during the pandemic

Basler is growing – so we are still hiring! To minimize the health risk for our applicants and employees, we have converted the entire application process to digital contact as far as possible. In doing so, we have maintained our lean application process and adapted it in places.
