All microEnable frame grabbers are compatible with NVIDIA GPUDirect for Video Technology. A dll is available for Windows with runtime 5.6 or higher. GPUDirect is accessed via SDK on host PCs (Windows 10). The technology makes it possible to efficiently transfer video images with low latency periods into the NVIDIA GPU drive.
The frame grabbers can access the GPU drive directly via PCI Express through OpenGL or CUDA without loading the CPU. Frame grabber, GPU and CPU are completely synchronized, which significantly reduces the latency periods and increases the data throughput rates.
