Basler will present new aviator models at the VISION Stuttgart show in November. Two models with two megapixel resolution at 67 or 62 frames per second speed and superb image quality will be displayed. Customer samples are already available.

In the past, users had to install the complete pylon package, including all components. Now, you can select which features you would like to install, even when pylon is installed as part of a software redistribution. A new application note describes the available options for the Basler pylon installation packages.

Basler is now offering a new high-flex cable for our Gigabit Ethernet runner, scout, and pilot camera series. The cable can handle 20 million cycles, compared to the usual one million cycles, and has a great price/performance ratio.

Standard cameras are a perfect fit for many applications, but sometimes special modifications are needed to fit specific situations. Basler offers a professional customization process if you require a non-standard camera.

Basler will present several new camera models at VISION 2009. Highlights will be our ground-breaking ace GigE camera series and new models in the aviator camera series. We look forward to seeing you at booth 4B59 in hall 4.

At Vision China, more than 10 scout and pilot camera models, with their GigE Vision and GenICam compliant Gigabit Ethernet interface, will be set up along a car racing track to capture fast moving racing cars “live”.
