The Basler sprint was named best product in the category “Machine Vision” in this year’s award by the French magazine “Mesures”

Basler’s line scan camera sprint was selected “Product of the Year” by the popular French magazine “Mesures”. The magazine awarded best product to sprint in the category “Machine Vision”. The jury was impressed by the technological concept of the Basler camera. The sprint’s unique dual line CMOS sensor was developed exclusively for Basler; it enables an amazing line rate of 140 kHz at a resolution of 4k pixels and has an excellent image quality. Some other significant features of this sensor include its outstanding sensitivity and excellent SNR (signal-to-noise ratio).

The Basler sprint 2k and 4k monochrome cameras recently entered full series production. An 8k monochrome model is currently being introduced. Color variants for all resolutions will be offered in the near future.
