In March, Basler participated in the AIMEX show (Industrial Automation, Instrumentation & Measurement exhibition), which is held annually in Seoul, Korea. This exhibition has grown to be the leading tradeshow representing automation in Korea.

This year’s exhibition attracted over 350 exhibitors and almost 35,000 visitors. Basler products were showcased in a 54 square meter booth that we shared with Datvision Co., Ltd, our Korea distributor. In the booth, we presented both our latest product innovations and our broad, well-established portfolio of digital cameras for industrial users. Product focus were our successful Basler pilot and Basler scout area scan cameras, as well as the Basler sprint and Basler runner line scan cameras.

The AIMEX show is always a great way to get in touch with our Korean customers and to get direct feedback from the market. It is also a good opportunity to raise awareness of the Basler brand in Korea. Apart from existing customers who visited our booth, we made several promising new contacts during the exhibition. We are looking forward to working with our new customers and partners.
