On January 1, 2007, Marisabel Fiedler-Freytag started her new role in VC as a sales assistant. She will be responsible for our territories in Asia and Scandinavia. Marisabel has been with Basler since November 2004. She moved from her previous position in Parts & Repair to join VC. Marisabel finished her BA in Environmental Studies in Florida, U.S.A. Her competence and high level of customer orientation make her a perfect fit for the team.

Momchil Binev has joined VC as a first level Technical Support Engineer. Momchil holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Systems. His studies focused on the design, development, and integration of software applications employing procedural and object-oriented programming languages. During his studies, Momchil gained practical experience at several companies including Philips Semiconductors and Airbus Industries. We are happy to welcome Momchil to the VC team.

Björn Weber has taken on new responsibilities. Björn joined Basler-VC in January 2005 as a first level Technical Support Engineer. As of the beginning of this year, he is our new Business Development Manager. Björn is a recent graduate of the Lübeck University of Applied Sciences where he participated in a partnership program with the Milwaukee School of Engineering. We wish him the best of luck in his new position.
