New Employees
Our Vision Components team has had some changes in its personnel structure. Our additions in sales and marketing enable us to offer continuously excellent support and cope with the growing demand of digital cameras in our target markets. We hired three new employees in sales for our Asian and US customers.
Tay Joo Tang started his new role in Vision Components as a sales manager for the eXcite intelligent camera. Tay Joo moved from his previous position as an applications engineer in Basler’s Optical Media Inspection division. He will be responsible for the entire Asia-Pacific region including Japan. We are sure that our customers can benefit from Tay Joo’s many years of experience and his focus on Basler’s intelligent camera series.
VC-USA is very pleased to announce that
Tim Coggins has joined the sales team as a sales manager. Tim will be responsible for VC sales in the New England, Mid-Atlantic, and Great Lakes regions. Tim has over twenty years of industrial sales experience. His prior professional roles include sales manager for a manufacturer of precision pneumatic and electro-pneumatic actuators for worldwide markets and for a supplier of process control and instrumentation.
Mike Cowper has joined the VC team in the role of regional marketing manager for North America. He will primarily focus on the VC business unit and will help with US trade shows and regional marketing efforts. Mike has a BA in Communications from Penn State University and will bring nine years of marketing experience to the job.
