Basler’s new distributor, RAUSCHER, announced the new strategic partnership at this year's AUTOMATICA show in Munich. RAUSCHER showcased the full range of Basler area scan cameras. A demo system showing 12 Basler GigE Vision and FireWire cameras in action captured a lot of attention.

AUTOMATICA is one of the major shows centered on automation and mechatronics in the region, and the show was correspondingly busy. Visitors were excited about the new partnership and about RAUSCHER’s new area scan camera offerings. Raoul Kimmelmann, RAUSCHER’s Marketing Manager, comments, “After this experience, we are really looking forward to tackling new machine vision applications for system integrators and OEM customers.” And so is Basler!
