Automatic System Monitors Sturgeon Breeding
Caviar is a delicacy, but it is becoming rare. The Bern University of Applied Sciences has developed a system that uses Basler scout and pilot cameras for automatic sturgeon supervision and sorting. The system helps to optimize growth conditions and to reduce the stresses on the fish, which can contribute to a higher caviar yield.
