Basler IP Cameras Supported by Exacq Technologies
The Basler IP camera line is now supported by Exacq Technologies' video management system software "exacqVision". The exacqVision VMS software integrates the entire line of Basler IP cameras.

The exacqVision VMS software is a true open, cross platform system used in video surveillance systems. The server software is installed on exacqVision market-leading hybrid servers (incorporating analog and network cameras), exacqVision IP camera servers and on commercial off-the-shelf servers running on either a Windows or Linux operating system. Every exacqVision server can be viewed and administrated from the free client software available for Windows, Linux and Macintosh computers. The client software connects to an unlimited number of exacqVision servers (regardless of the operating systems being used) to create a truly scalable surveillance solution utilizing both analog and network cameras.

“This is a great match for our state-of-the-art, ultra-compact IP camera line,” notes Hardy Mehl, Director IP Business. "Basler Vision customers can now take advantage of Exacq’s cross-platform VMS solutions.”

“Our company has a long history of working with digital video and we’ve known Basler as a worldwide leader in machine vision products (industrial and scientific cameras),” notes David Underwood, President of Exacq Technologies. “A line of well-designed, compact network surveillance cameras using the latest in compression technology is exactly what we would expect from them. We are very pleased to add Basler to our growing list of integration partners.”
