Basler SENSIC
The Basler SENSIC provides a yield management solution for various applications in the display industry. Not only unstructured surfaces such as bare glass and coated bare glass can be inspected using the Basler SENSIC inspection system.
Even structured surfaces such as black matrix, color filters and coated color filters can be inspected with systems from the same product family anytime in the process. The Basler SENSIC systems provide relevant process information such as defect distribution, classification and location, along with the correlating defect images via databases.
Several inspection stations can be connected via Basler SENSIC NET.
This enables the user to control all stations from a remote computer even outside the cleanroom.
