              Direct Support – Benefit from Basler Remote Access

              Our support team would like to give you quick and uncomplicated help. This is considerably easier if they can see what you see. That’s why we’re offering you the opportunity to have a Basler employee access your PC’s user interface via TeamViewer remote access. We’re glad to be able to provide you with even better support via this functionality.

              You don’t even need to install special software. Just start the .exe file and let your Basler support expert know the ID of your session. This allows our trained technician to log on to your PC and to help you with your questions.
