              Basler Inc. (USA) Changes Office Hours to be "Friendlier to the West Coast"

              One of Basler's prime directives is providing world-class support to its customers. To ensure smooth use of our cameras, we give our customers all the materials and support they need — from tools, downloads and FAQs to the chance to get live support. We're pleased to announce that our technical support  team at our office in Exton, Pennsylvania (on the East Coast) is now open longer to accommodate for the three hour time difference from customers on the West Coast.

              Our US support team is now available Monday to Friday until 4:00 pm West Coast time via phone, email or remote access (+1 610-280-0171 or support.usa@baslerweb.com).

              If you ever have need of assistance, help is just a call away.
