Basler at the IFSEC 2011 in Great Britain

              IFSEC 2011
Basler presented its new products at the IFSEC 2011 that took place from May 16 - 19 in Birmingham. Among the products featured was the latest IP fixed box camera generation. The box camera models are equipped with CCD or CMOS sensors and provide speeds of up to 100 frames per second at resolutions of up to 5 megapixels. This frame rate makes Basler's IP Fixed Box Cameras extremely useful for high speed video recording in low light conditions, e.g., for casino surveillance.

The outstanding image quality of the Basler IP Cameras caused a particular sensation with the visitors to our booth. The live stream from a 2 megapixel camera acquired at 25 fps illustrated this characteristic of our cameras in a most impressive way. We again received a very positive response to the presentation of our “Low Light Demo”, which highlights the day/night functionality of our Basler IP Cameras.

This security fair in the western part of the UK offered a good opportunity for Basler to present our innovative products to an international audience. As usual, Basler used the IFSEC 2011 for intensive customer and partner care, for discussions with users, and for making contact with new customers.
