Whenever you want to return material to Basler, you must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending it back. The RMA number must be stated in your delivery documents when you ship your material to us!

Please be aware that if you return material without an RMA number, we reserve the right to reject the material.

There are three ways to obtain an RMA number:

1. You can contact your local dealer by phone and request an RMA number. Before you call, make sure that you have all of the information available that is listed in the online form shown below.

2. You can contact your local dealer by fax and request an RMA number. Use the link below to download an RMA request form. Fill it out and fax it to your local dealer. Your dealer will return an RMA number to you via the email address supplied on the form.

3. You can use the online form below to request an RMA number. After you submit the form, we will return an RMA number to you via the email address supplied on the form.
