Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Eckart Kottkamp received a university degree for control engineering and communications from the Technische Universität Aachen in 1966 and a doctorate degree in 1976. Amongst others, he was CEO of Hako-Werke GmbH, Claas Landmaschinen AG and Jungheinrich AG, where he can look back on 17 years of experience as CEO and head of the board of directors. He was awarded an honorary professorship by the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in 1996.

From 2006 until the end of 2009 he served as member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Steinzeug Cremer & Breuer AG. There, from the beginning of his engagement, he was also appointed to the audit committee which he chaired starting from 2008.

Prof. Dr. Kottkamp meets the requirements as set forth in § 100, Sec. 5 of the German Stock Corporation Act [Aktiengesetz – AktG]. In the Supervisory Board’s Meeting of December 17, 2009, he was accordingly appointed member of the Supervisory Board with expertise in the fields of accounting and annual audit.
