Replication: The Basler S310 inline scanner and its offline counterpart, the Basler REFERENCE, measure the physical properties of the CD and DVD on its entire surface. Flawed discs are safely removed from the production process. Defect images and 2D and 3D plots supply valuable information for monitoring and optimizing the complete process with all its parameters.

Printing: The Basler L6 print inspection makes sure that CDs and DVDs are furnished with a print label in finest offset or screen printing quality. All print related defects are detected, including the slightest change in coloration as well as squeegee marks.
