The Basler BASIC, with a 40 mm Dimension Sensor, offers the optimum technological solution for your telecentric dimension inspection!

It provides you with a reliable and reproducible qualification of contour and dimension defects. In addition to dimension inspection, the Basler BASIC can also be fitted with an optional surface sensor for surface quality inspection on one side.

The consistently fast and accurate inspection results ensure an immediate, noticeable improvement to your productivity. The Basler BASIC, based on our new concept of part separation, increases productivity through faster throughput. Just to give you an idea
about the speed: A circular part with an outer diameter of 15 mm OD can be separated at a rate of 10 parts per second. The Basler BASIC inspection system concept is suitable for all rotationally symmetric elastomer articles. As well as that, our recently developed long-life conveyor belt and the certified glass plate mean that you can expect a minimum in maintenance requirements.
