The pylon package operates with all models of the following Basler camera series: ace, aviator, pilot, scout, scout light, runner, and racer as well as the A6xxf, A31xf und A102f.
Camera Link cameras of our sprint series, A- and L-series are not supported by pylon but by our Camera Configuration Tool Plus (CCT+). Please find the CCT+ link on the right-hand side.
Each driver package is complete and is independent from the other packages. Higher versions are NOT UPDATES of older versions! If you already have an older version of the pylon driver installed on your PC, do not install a newer driver package. If you install a newer version, any software that relies on the older driver version may no longer work.

Basler also offers so-called "pylon redistributables" including the pylon runtime environment and separate drivers for GigE, IEEE 1394, or both.
