With Basler’s SENSIC inspection system product line, we offer yield management solutions for the most varied applications in the display industry. Unstructured surfaces like coated or uncoated glass as well as structured surfaces like black matrix, color filter, and even coated color filter can be inspected with our systems. The same applies to thin film applications, such as in touch panel glass inspection or photovoltaic glass inspection.
Additionally, thanks to high performance Basler software, we can make relevant process information like flaw distribution, classification, and position available with corresponding flaw images through databases.
